IEMP - Description

The Independent Efficiency Management Process (IEMP) is best described as an

• multiple-role (simple-visitor, interesent, customer, team-member, leader, evaluator, competitor)
• multiple-target (website, product, support, project, business, leadership)
• multiple-context (Usability, Credibility, Transparency, Competitiveness)
• competition-relative SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats)

with special requirements on the processing and on the executing analyst.
